Painting Faces

Last Sunday before the All Souls Procession began, several of my friends gathered at my friend's apartment near the starting point to paint each other's faces in preparation.

The costumes and beautiful, eerily painted faces on spectators and participants alike are the best part (although due to the nature of the procession, all spectators eventually become participants by joining in after it goes by and following it to where the finale takes place).
